You must provide a valid email address in order to receive your shipping notification. We do NOT make notification phone calls. PACKAGING: Your order will ship in a discreet box with the corporate name of "Lonicera Inc" showing as the shipper. Due to problems with customs confiscating items, we no longer ship outside the United States. Top of Page Return - Exchange Policy - PLEASE READ! NO refunds will be given for any reason. No exchanges will be accepted unless an item is defective. If an item malfunctions within 10 days from receipt of your order, you may return it to us (with prior approval - see below) postpaid for an immediate replacement with the same item or select an item of equal or greater value.
